The curry has remained unchanged since the restaurant first opened.This spicy, thin roux is made with coconut milk and yogurt, a dish unique to South India, and is filled with chunks of chicken on the bone.

Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori cuisine involves marinating chicken, fish, shrimp, or other ingredients in yogurt and spices that are suited to each ingredient, then skewering them and roasting them in a tandoor (Indian charcoal clay oven).Serve with onion salad.
