The first keema curry in Japan.In India, keema means minced meat.This usually refers to lamb, but when the dish was first made in Japan, lamb was hard to come by, so ground chicken was used instead.Ajanta's keema curry is a unique type of keema curry made by removing moisture and concentrating the flavors of spices and minced chicken.

The curry has remained unchanged since the restaurant first opened.This spicy, thin roux is made with coconut milk and yogurt, a dish unique to South India, and is filled with chunks of chicken on the bone.
